Is the boot actually waterproof or is that just marketing?

The outer material efficiently repels water and melted snow. Tested in real snow and winter rain — feet stay completely dry. It's not designed for submersion, but it's perfectly suited for everything European winter throws at you day to day.

Is it really warm? What temperature can it handle?

The plush lining keeps feet warm down to -15°C depending on the socks worn. For Scandinavian and alpine winters, we recommend pairing with thermal wool socks below -10°C for maximum comfort.

How do I know which size to order? I'm worried about getting it wrong.

Our size chart uses the European standard (EU) in centimetres. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up one — the boot has a small amount of volume from the lining. We also have a short video showing how to measure your foot correctly in 1 minute.

Does the sole actually grip on ice?

The deep-pattern sole is designed to maximise grip on slippery surfaces. It works very well on compacted snow and icy pavements — the kind you encounter in daily European winter life. It doesn't replace crampons for pure ice or extreme mountaineering.

How long does delivery to Europe take?

Delivery to most Western European countries takes 7–14 business days. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. For Christmas orders, we recommend buying before 1st December.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Can I return it?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in original condition. The process is straightforward and a full refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Is the quality actually good for the price? It seems too cheap to be true.
